Excellent customer service, and quality of work done by the professionals over at AMC windows… I am truly satisfied with the job that has been done. And will hopefully not need them for an emergency in the future, but when I remodel my house. They came in after a golf ball struck my Condominium window and I was nervous to be left that vulnerable in my home. But they came right away, same day repaired, and I was good to go. Thanks again!

This company was exceptional!!!! Jes'us and his crew answered my call without hesitation. When they arrived, they immediately went to work, one at each window. The kitchen door, being as old as it is, needed some extra work. Jes'us discussed it with my landlord and came up with a reasonable price to rebuild the inner part of the door. We agreed. Lester and Jes'us came back the following morning - Psalm Sunday!!! I had them a big breakfast ready. They fixed the door perfectly!!! Would HIGHLY recommend this crew, awesome work and very respectful!

AMC has resulted to be the worst company in providing services after two faulty window installations in our house. First, about six months ago, Jesus Cintron was aware of the fact that one of the windows they installed was hard to open. He said that he will need to make certain adjustments, yet he never returned to have it fixed. Second. About more than two months ago after all the rain we'd had, we realized that water had been leaking through on top of the window sill on the master room window leaving a stain. We had been calling him previously on numerous occasions but there was never an answer to even leave a phone message. We attempted to visit his place of business to no avail. I went to them for a very large project and Jesus was extremely professional and gave me a fairly price. His price was competitive with the other companies I was negotiating with. But he committed to producing more than double the quantity per day. He actually performed even better than that and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend them for any job, big or small.
