Renovating a bathroom can be a daunting task, especially when it comes to choosing the right materials and ensuring the craftsmanship meets your expectations. Having a reliable and skilled fabricator makes all the difference in transforming your vision into reality. When I found the perfect quartzite slab at a slab yard I had no idea how to get it fabricated into my dream bathroom countertop. Luckily AMD Stonetouch was on a list of preferred fabricators. After calling several people with no luck I finally reached AMD and knew from that first conversation they were the company to use. Alberto offered to transport the slab to his yard at no charge and once it was delivered, the design process began with Alberto making suggestions that I never considered. BEWARE!! I have used this company for years for hotel and residential projects. Unfortunately my most recent experience was on my home. I bought the slabs from their recommended supplier. AMD picked up the slabs to do the fabrication. A computer generated slab layout was provided and approved by me. when the tops showed up, one of the smallest tops were installed with a seam which was not part of the approved layout. Secondly one of the slabs was brought out and installed with a crack that they tried to hide it by repairing it. We have made repeated calls to get it corrected. But all we get is lip service. We are turning this over to our Attorney And notifying the Contractors License board. It's really ashamed that they are not a stand up company. Oh yeah, I paid them in full. Big mistake.

From start to finish Alberto and his team were wonderful! As I’m a first time quartz purchaser they helped me every step of the way. The installation was great-Alberto’s crew was respectful and courteous. The entire process from purchase to completion was a lot quicker than I anticipated. Small job. I hired AMD to move 10 slabs in my garage. From one A frame to another, 12ft away. They show up with 10 guys. I asked for slabs to face out, 2 is face in. Alberto said slab is too big, cannot turn to face out, I asked how much to face the last slab, he said 300 more, done. All doable. Overall, they were in a hurry for the bigger job they had. Their employees scraped my drywall and left fingerprints on newly painted walls. Dented the bottom of the slab by prying with 2x4 wood when they could have brought suction cup for stone slabs.
