He obtained the necessary parts and returned that same afternoon to complete the repair. We were extremely impressed with the quick turnaround, quality service, and fair pricing. I got doors in the spring, later on 2 out of 4 sensors fell off, the touch pad wasn't installed properly ( the screw is too big and it's preventing the unit to close) and stopped working. The installation crew didn't pick up the demo trash and left me with a bunch of screws and nails on the garage floor. I can't get ahold of AME door, they don't respond and completely ignore me. Don't waste your money and go with a different contractor

My garage door wasn't raising up all the way.. seemed restricted. They came out a week ago and the issue was fixed. All of a sudden, the issue started back up a few days later. Ed, the owner, came out immediately and switched something on the motor.. didn't charge me the 2nd visit and was so quick to respond and courteous. He knew right away the problem was, very knowledgeable.

Spent several months trying to figure out why my garage door wouldn't close when leaving. Tech came by and fixed it in less than ten minutes. He even fixed another minor problem on his own volition. And he charged me a very fair and reasonable rate. I highly recommend AME Door Systems!
