I am writing this review in hopes that the company will address and resolve the issues I have encountered. My experience with this company has been extremely stressful and has negatively impacted my mental health. I believe this matter can be resolved with proper communication and professional conduct. I have experienced significant issues with the quality of work provided. My brand new house developed a leak within two years—typically, roof shingles should last for 40 years, but it appears that the shingles used are of the lowest quality, lasting only five years. Additionally, the workmanship was poor, with multiple installations done improperly. The builder called the company to fix the issue, and the technician assured me it was covered under warranty, failing to mention any charges. T
