American Abatement

We had an possible emergency late on a Friday and i called around to different asbestos companies to find out what action maybe necessary. I felt that Terry and his group at American Abatement & Asbestos Removal Corp were the most professional and straight forward company to discuss my concerns with. I had talked to several companies before calling American Abatement and left each phone call with more questions and confusion than answers. Terry spent the neccessary time with me to help diagnose and triage our issue and determine what possible danger we were in. He was calm and easy to talk to and while our problem came back negative, I felt he really was concerned about my issue and our well being.

We recently had an asbestos scare in our home. American Abatement's professionalism and courtesy kept us calm and informed. We were lucky our test came back negative and we didn't need their services. However, I highly recommend them.

I had a 3 foot section of asbestos. Terry called and gave me many options to take care of my issues. He was very helpful. and i feel much safer for my family now.

Very rude male answered the call (John), and sounded like I was bothering him. His attitude was very poor for someone wanting to give them new business.. Will not recommend or use in the future. Also canceled appointment at the late minute. Will not be rescheduling. They need to work on their customer service skills..

Responsive, professional, and prompt company. I am satisfied with services. They removed some duct work that had asbestos and encapsulated asbestos that was un-removable.
