They were very knowledgeable. They had my dishwasher back up and working quickly. They were also easy and quick to get me scheduled. The technicians were very friendly, and considerate coming into my home. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Chris and Aaron were great! They fixed my Samsung washer very quickly and explained everything they did. I will definitely call them in the future!!

My washer started making an awful sound. It sounded like something was stuck under the drum. I called to get it serviced and am very happy with the results. Chris came and fixed the washer! The culprit was a tiny rubber ducky that must have fallen out of my daughter’s pocket. My washer is working just fine and it didn’t take long for him to fix it. Thank you for getting my washer back and running! Now I’m going to catch up on some laundry 😂

Chris was great! Very thorough However it was not made clear that if no parts were required that I would have to pay an additional $49.99 for the repair so basically it is NOT just $49.99 for the visit Minimum is 104 and some change… Would I use you again…. Maybe Going forward when I call for appliance repairs I’ll ask a few more questions Thank you Chris!
