Called this place last week and scheduled an appointment for a date (week out). I asked about the price, gave my address and asked when exactly will the person come out for the appliance repair and I was told I would be contacted on the day of. Today, since no one showed, I called to find out if anyone is coming at all and the lady who answered the phone told me I was not in their system. I am never calling them again. Shoddy business - stay away from this one.

I dont respect a business that rips people off to make their money. One of their technicians cam out to my house and took a look at my washer and told me it was a drive cuppling and thats why my washer wouldnt spin, I looked up the part and its an $8.00 part. He was going to charge me $240 to fix it. That is a 2900% increase and the lady answering the phone tells me rudely that he has to charge for labor. Im sorry but that is not how you gain someones business. I would have been more than happy to pay $100 to $140 but not upwards of $250. Not only did he overcharge me but he didnt replace what he took off my washing machine. Dont waste the $59.95 for the visit fee. Simply Unacceptable.

My husband called to try and make an appt and the lady who answered the phone was rude. She told my husband to try and call somebody else, and hung up on him.
