American Arborist

We’ve had a fantastic experience with American Arborist, they recently trimmed two of our trees. The estimate and scheduling process was quick and straightforward. The crew showed up on time, they went over the work to be done with me to make sure we were all on the same page, the work was done quickly and they hauled everything away. The whole team was so nice and friendly. It’s great to have an attentive, professional and locally owned tree service.

We had American Arborist remove a large tree from our front yard, and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. From the first phone call, they were professional, responsive, and clear about the process. On the day of service, their crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care and precision. What really stood out was not only their skill but their personalities. The crew was so friendly, kind, and down-to-earth — we actually sat and laughed together during breaks, and they didn’t mind me watching the process (which was fascinating to see). They made what could have been a stressful project feel fun and relaxed, while still keeping everything safe and professional. American Aborist was extremely professional! They provide excellent service and the crew was fantastic and super polite. Our tree had a tough location and they completely avoided our other tree and the fence it was next to! Perfect clean up, will have them back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. It was the worst experience with any contractor, ever, honestly. The morning of the project, the project manager did not speak to me, the singer of the contract and spoke to the neighbor girl, a minor, for permission to do the project after a huge rainstorm the night before. Consequences of speaking to a 17 year old neighbor was that were they destroyed not just my lawn, but my neighbors' lawns, too. Huge dents from fallen limbs, track marks and torn sod...so much so that my neighbor's retaining wall was actually displaced from the soil being moved from the driven equipment. My husband was deployed at the time and I had 3 months old twins and trying to get Mitch, the owner, to not just do right by us and repair our lawns but just to speak with me wa

Two crews showed up at my home. A crew to trim the tree in the front, and a crew to remove the tree in the back. Everyone that I interacted with was super nice! They were all very accomodating when a section of my fence needed taken down then put back up so that my dog would not get out of the yard. I could tell these crews were pros because they made everything look so easy! I definetly recommend this business, and I will use them again in the future! Good job and thanks for being awesome!!
