Great service and great work. Juan and his team did a great job under my house in the tight crawlspace. It was rat infested. The ducts and insulation were totally soiled and ripped to pieces. The boss of the company Juan provided excellent service. Came to my home himself to inspect my attic and came back again to make sure everything was taken care of. His crew headed up by Alfredo did an amazing job of rodent proofing my home and cleaning, disenfecting and insulating my attic. I highly recommend their company.

I was having a rat issue and several pest companies offered suggestions that seemed a bit pricey. So, after doing my research on Pest companies, I found that they had no expertise in dealing with a rat infestation. After reading American Attic reviews, I reached out to Juan via email one evening. He immediately responded with; would you like a free estimate. He also offered a generic time and date for the following day. I agreed to it. The next morning, he offered an earlier time for arrival. It was great, because it would not take up my entire morning. After meeting with Juan (owner), he checked all areas of the interior (including crawl space) and exterior, pointing out along the way the services that his company would provide. We were very impressed by their carefulness and attention to detail. And their price was much more reasonable than the other quotes we got. Excellent work at a very reasonable price — we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend American Attic for your insulation and rodent control needs. To go into detail, they started by building a tunnel of plastic sheeting from the outside to the attic, to prevent dust and insulation fibers from getting into the house, and laid plastic sheeting over everything next to the tunnel.
