I'm only giving one star because Google requires me to give a minimum of 1 star. This has been the biggest Nightmare experience as a home owner I have ever had. We went through Home Depot to replace a slate tile floor and steps with a VPF floor. They assigned ACS. they scheduled us for the day after Thanksgiving 2025 (ie last year) and they said it would take 4 hours. They spent 8 hours, then came back the next day, spent another 8 hours and didn't finish. So they had to reschedule for 3 weeks away to come finish. The installers (the workers, who so far have been the only competent members of this nightmare) finished the floor part, but said they couldn't finish the steps because we were given the wrong stair noses. ACS called home depot and said they would call me right back. They NEVER c

I am beyond furious with the carpet installation arranged through Home Depot with this company. It was supposed to be a pretty simple carpet rug runner replacement and it turned into a complete disaster that left my home damaged and me disgusted. Three installers showed up who barely spoke English, making communication nearly impossible. We told them very clearly that our walls were freshly painted and still drying, yet they ignored us and leaned all over them, leaving scratches and smudges everywhere. Within minutes of arriving, all three started using our restroom, without even asking! 5 times in the first 15 mins is a bit excessive and not hygenic! I found that behavior absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. This is my private home, not a public restroom. Then things got even worse.

ACS was assigned as the installer for our vinyl flooring project from Home Depot. I have to say we were very hesitant after reading some of the recent 1 star reviews but that did not reflect our experience at all. We found them very professional and communicative throughout the process. Home Depot was a bit slow to ship the order (couple of weeks) but ACS stayed in contact with us to make sure we were able to get the install scheduled as soon as the materials arrived. The CSRs we spoke to on the phone for the scheduling were polite and helpful. There was a slight miscommunication where they scheduled our install a day earlier than I thought I had discussed with the phone rep, but we were available both days so it was no big deal. Installers showed up on time and ready to perform the job.

We bought carpet through Home Depot in New Freedom, PA. The guys from ACS who installed it did a great job. They really hustled. They arrived on time and got right to work pulling out the old nasty carpet and padding. I wanted to vacuum around the bottom edges of the walls, and they backed out of my way and let me have at it. Afterwards, they moved in and quickly and efficiently laid the new padding and carpet, even carefully checking to make sure the “grain” of the carpet matched up correctly where it was seamed. They took the very large piece of carpet and spun it 180 degrees so it would match. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they did.

I was forced to go with this company from Home Depot at a set price. When they arrived they doubled the price to remove adhesive in 2 rooms and and ‘cut around the cabinet’ in which the cabinet is mostly on plywood. 1100 for these 3 things is wild not to mention I was already paying them 600+ to remove like 130+\- sqft of tile. It’s a shame Home Depot does business with scam artists . And then being told I have to pay them a 250 fee bc I don’t want to except their hiked price ?? Joke you could’ve made 2 grand instead to install 430 sqft
