Just wanted to send in some kudos for Bob Mathis at American Carpet Wholesalers. I called to inquire about a couple different carpets, as well as pads. He was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly! He also gave me great pricing on all of the items and emailed me a quote for them. He explained a lot about the differences in the padding we were discussing and even recommended a trusted local Atlanta area installer for me. It was a great experience!

They made the transaction so easy! Originally I went into a local place here in Illinois. After receiving their quote, I decided to search around online. American Carpet Wholesalers’ price was 1/3 of the price at the store here in Illinois. I called and told the gentleman exactly what I wanted and the quantity. He walked me through the process explaining how the truck delivered the material and how they would be shipping additional items. He did let me know that they did not have the entire quantity that I needed so it may take a little longer. I am not kidding, it came in a week! I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely (and plan to) order with them again! I did not remember the gentleman’s name….but my invoice says BMathis. Thank you!

Ben Upshaw is your guy make the order with him he get backs with the best price and then accurately gives you the day it arrives. Was apprehensive at first but it worked out great got 1400 sqft of material

I'm thinking they are OK, but I was there flying my drone for a billboard company, and the owners along with two guys in a pick up truck came and angrily asked "what er you doin"? As soon as I pointed across the street one just waved his hand and walked off. I should have asked permission to use their parking lot, but I was at the very end and no way impeding business or traffic. I was ready to talk even though they disturbed me and signage on my vehicle stated that. Makes me feel that if I were a different "color", they would have been more pleasant. But hey that's the world we live in. I was wearing hi-viz vest and hat. If I were trying to do something surreptitious I would have dressed more clandestine. This country is so divided now.... Oh and I'm a US Veteran.. Smh

American Carpet Wholesalers had the best price by far for over 1000 feet of Cortec Luxury Vinyl Plank. I had price quotes from 8 distributors. Most had delivery times of 3 weeks to 3 months. Reviews of the others had some troubling reports of non deliveries and damage. One damaged delivery was told to just cut the damage off and use it. Teri was great to work with and would ship my order the next day. I was going to be out of town so she held it for a week and then shipped exactly as asked. Out of 48 boxes I had one that had some damage. I sent pictures to Amber and she sent a replacement box. I was impressed that when I called I could get through without delay and had all my questions answered. Great service, great prices, great company.
