We own several properties that have needed new roofs over the years. American Central Roofing & Construction and Joe Esser did the most professional job of any companies we have used. Joe went above and beyond to be sure the insurance company fairly compensated us. His crew was fast, professional and cleaned up every day. Joe was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend them.

I initially contacted Joe setting an appointment to inspect and evaluate the damage to our roof. He set a date and time and arrived promptly at the time agreed upon. Joe explained what he would do and the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions exemplifying his expertise. He assisted me in contacting the insurance company to initiate a claim via a conference call. A date and time was agreed to meet the insurance adjuster to evaluate the roof damage. Joe was in attendance and facilitated the evaluation pointing out things I had not thought of. Joe's team of roofers did an excellent job, being careful not to damage any flower beds, scrubs, patio and furniture, windows, etc. They periodically cleaned up the roofing debris and picked up all the nails at the
