Really confusing and lack of communication. Ice storm possibly coming, so I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday to inspect Chimney. Told me it would be a free inspection with a quote for what they find. Great! Then they needed to reschedule for Thursday, totally fine. Come Thursday, my appointment time was 12 to 2, no show or communication. I call, they say they will text technician. I do this 3 times, no updates. I eventually give up around 3:30pm. Technician does eventually try to call, but my phone apparently lost signal..yay Tmobile. I never received call, voice mail, or text with any update though.
