Seen a tik tok video where yall were Road Raging Not a good look for the company Hire better drivers

This place is terrible, very unprofessional, I even experienced PHYSICAL ASSAULT while here, I’m a professional female that has been in the automotive industry for over 20years. I hired American Commercial to remove and install two different style rear doors on two different box trucks, Sid and Tom installed the wrong doors on the trucks, they denied making a mistake, and wanted me to pay them again to partially correct their mistake. Not only that but when I went to their shop to find out how to correct this I was physically assaulted by Tom, he slapped me on the back of my shoulder and told me it was “my word against yours” that he didn’t care about me taking legal action against them, he escorted me out of their filthy shop claiming he didn’t want me “taking anything from them” mind you

They employ the most incompetent drivers and are incredibly unprofessional, dangerous even.

Very rude people and illegal. They were painting the area where my car was parked, I was not told and they towed my car and moved it to a back area where it wasn’t visible IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. That wasn’t a big deal to me, a little sketchy, and I’m pretty sure illegal. They moved the car to an area where it can easily be broken into, and my car has already been broken into a few times so it won’t even start. The next day I was talking to them and told them I was calling a tow truck to move my car, and it would be there in about in hour. They said “no problem” and said they would wait. They waited 30 minutes before they painted around my car and then the tow tuck arrived. We were unable to get my car and thats money down the drain. Next thing you know they start yelling at us saying

I can say without a doubt that American Commercial Body has provided me with the worst customer service experience of my life. Today is April 18th and I'm still awaiting delivery of an order promised on March 8th. I can understand delays occur but these people will not communicate, you call their office and get a voice mail which is never returned. Their salesman, Sid, never returns calls or answers emails. When I finally do get through I'm told yet another completion date which is not met. I need to get a check for the work from my corporate office and need an invoice and they refuse to provide that. Their so sorry they won't even get me a bill! I used this company because they are local, I guess it must be nice to be the only game in town because if I ran my managed our business like
