Mike at American Consolidated helped me out with a Sony 50" 3DTV that went on the blink. The TV just wouldn't turn on anymore. I have a collection of nearly 100 3D movies. If I can't use the TV to enjoy them any longer, then my entire collection is just as obsolete. Mike charged a small fee for diagnostics, he found the motherboard had short-circuited, he courteously shared with me that a used motherboard was available but the entire repair would cost $200. I was thrilled. Very friendly and willing to wait at his shop until I could arrive at the store, including when I went to the wrong address (in Cumberland!) and he needed to stay late for me to arrive from across Indianapolis. Shop closes at 5pm but he waited until nearly 6:30pm. Give him the business. He's a good man. TV works like n

This place is great! My Samsung Frame TV was just outside of its warranty, and Samsung was no help (TV was working for about 1.5 years). Geek Squad was rude and said I should have purchased their protection plan. I took it to American Consolidated Elect and one week later I have my TV back working perfectly!!

Great place. Awesome to work with. $350 to repair a $2000 aging 4k tv. Works like a top and their work is peerless.

if LG or any other brand ever schedules this company to service your television, deny the service request and request another company these people have no clue as to what they are doing
