Everyone was very professional and very attentive. The team worked with the insurance adjusters (who were not the most cooperative) to assess the damage and get what was needed to get our storm damaged roof replaced. Thank you to Alex Giakoumatos for keeping the crews running and making this project get done in a timely manner and done properly. The whole install team was professional and very experienced.

American Custom Contractors did an amazing job installing new siding and trim, replacing the door from our garage to our backyard, and replacing one of the garage windows. The install team had to battle through installing after a really bad snow and ice storm, with single-digit temperatures afterward. The installation team was incredibly professional, including when they had to deal with our dogs (friendly) while working on the back of the house. I strongly recommend them for any home restoration projects (siding, roof, windows, etc.). If you get Alex Giakoumatos or Frank Murillo as your project manager, you can trust that you will be in excellent hands from start to finish of your restoration project.

Avi and his team did a fantastic job replacing my roof and arranging for the team that came into work on everything. Frank and the whole team were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and proficient! They worked with me and adjusted to all my specific needs. They went above and beyond. I also love the color that I chose! They cleaned up well and worked hard even until after dark they were still out working to ensure I got a quality installation. If I ever need work done on my house in the future, I’ll be calling Avi and Frank at American Custom Contractors.

After a bad hail storm in May we had to replace our roof on both the house and detached garage. Insurance would only pay for about half the job. American Custom Contractors worked a miracle for us and we got our roof! Thank you Yanni and Alex for amazing execution!

Wonderful service from the time I called the office to the field work. Joe was great to work with … personal and professional. Douglas came to fix the pieces impacted by the snow bright early on time and spent extra time to check the whole roof to make sure nothing else that I have to be worried. Great team all around. American Customs Services installed the roof in 2019 and done a super job and today they came again and did a super maintenance work. I highly recommend ACS to anyone without conservation. Thanks.
