American Disposal

Pickup driver is awesome. The jerk who answers the phone is rude as heck and is a liar. No returned phone calls till i told them to pick up my can, no bills sent out till my bill is overdue (you cant pay online) and then I'm told my bill is 6 months overdue which is not true, it's 4 months. I'm trying to pay off my balance and they are wanting to charge me for 2 more months, then dropped it down to my current bill plus 2 weeks of service I haven't recieved. I only approved a certain amount on my credit card and they went above that amount. Not happy and will be filing a dispute with my bank and the BBB.

We have used American Disposal for several years. Their prices are reasonable, they are always on time and have friendly drivers. When they pick up the trash they always make sure EVERYTHING is picked up. We highly recommend American disposal.

These are very nice local people. We've used them for years at our resort. I don't think the other reviews are being fair or reasonable - which I've always found American Diposal to be.

American Disposal received our check on 11/4/22 but waited over 2 months to cash it. They don't accept online, automatic withdrawal or debit/credit. They don't pick up if you're "late" because they haven't cashed your check.

A real person answers the phone! It is so nice to get prompt and friendly customer service and not have to deal with an annoying automated system. The pick up service is always as scheduled.
