Jeff is a nice person. He fixed my issues without exaggerating my issues. Trust me, last year, when there was a similar issue, some guys came trying to tell me to replace many stuff, which was not even necessary. It made me feel like they wanted to tear down my garage door and related stuff and build a new one. He fixed issues quickly and was about to leave just for a basic service call. Then we found that there were more issues. He fixed some problems that i wasn't aware of. I will definitely call/recommend him next time.
