Working with American Dream Flooring &Tile was a wonderful experience. We needed to remove old white carpet and replace it with a warm wooden laminate flooring (see before and after photos). It turned out better than I could have imagined. Thank you to Cregg who took the time to listen and help me figure out what type of flooring would work best for us and to Greg for helping me schedule the work. Also thank you to Noel and crew for working so hard on installation day and making sure everything was satisfactory. American Dream Flooring & Tile was the best choice for our flooring project.

Everything started off well. Cregg, the owner, sold us on the warranties, the “American” products they offer, and more. We ultimately chose them to complete our installation. The day of installation came (Wednesday) and we were told we had to pay the full balance upfront before they even arrived. I was confused, as we had already paid the 50% deposit. When I called to get clarity, I was told it was in the contract that full payment is due on the day of installation once the product is onsite. Still, they hadn’t arrived yet. Despite the confusion and being told it was in the contract, I went ahead and made the final payment, trusting they would do a great job. No problem. From start to finish everything was wonderful. John came to the house to show samples and had great answers to all my questions. Once I had made my decision, the estimates were sent quickly and were about $500 cheaper than another company that I had talked with. John was wonderful and even played with my pups; he was not in a rush and this was at a late afternoon appointment. Applying for the 12 months interest free was a simple process and then the install day was set. On install day, Joel and his wife came as scheduled; they did a great job, and cleaned up better than I expected. Before the install was completed, John came back to the house to see the job and to bring my pups a gift. (So thoughtful). American Dream did an Outstanding Job on our Church carpet replacement. Mr.Craig met with our Pastor, share different carpet options, was very flexible with scheduling.
