I may have already written a review previously about Carroll‘s Well Drilling Since we now use them exclusively for our condo association ,but what happened today requires another positive review. We had a pump go out on a very snowy day in the home of a family that has some medical issues. Matt dropped everything because he realized what an emergency this was and within an hour of the telephone call even though he was on other jobs and had other jobs in the pipeline. He knew this was an emergency and he came out and he had that thing fixed a pump replaced in one hour. This is the kind of service that demands loyalty! THIS IS A WONDERFUL SMALL BUSINESS WITH EXCELLENT SKILLS.

Excellent service, communication, and timeliness. These gentleman do the job right the first time, and communicate throughout the entire service. Clean and professional. Will call again for any needs.

We have had them drill 4 water wells for us and install water conditioning systems at various properties. They helped us locate water underground and helped us determine the best place to drill for water. They informed us each step of the way about what was going on. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to help and work with the homeowner. They have come down and helped if any problems arise. They stand by their work. We highly recommend them for your water well needs.

We purchased a home in December 21'. The home had a new pump/well system installed in July 21' by American Drilling & Pump Service. This past October 22', the well quit pumping water. We had the company come out to assess the situation hoping that it was a quick fix. We were told that the well had "collapsed" and would need $24,345.90 worth of repairs. The well system cost the previous owners $15,730. I'm unsure how the repairs could cost $9,000 more than the original work, but of course, this is unacceptable to us and would not use this service. I have a copy of the original invoice to the previous owners and see nowhere that a screen/liner was used which we have since been told is a necessity for this location. I had my previous well collapse and had no water in my home. I called American drilling and Pump. They had a crew out within 2 hours after I called to explain what was wrong with my well and the cost. Less than a week later they were at my home drilling the well. They worked late into the evening on a chilly Friday night to get the well drilled. The crew was very professional and hard-working. They discussed the process step by step with myself and my wife. They gave us an estimate of what the well would cost and the bill was exactly what they estimated no hidden fees. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new or replacing an existing well.
