I had an excellent experience with Ross and Ed from American Eagle Electric! They came out for an an issue I discovered while remodeling my kitchen. Not only did they squeeze me into and already busy schedule but they quickly took care of my issue. What really stood out was how thorough and honest they were during the original inspection of the issue I contacted them about. They found a few additional issues that could have become serious problems down the road and took the time to explain everything clearly. Safety was obviously a top priority for this company. They truly went above and beyond—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. It’s rare to find someone who looks out for your safety instead of just doing the bare minimum. I highly recommend them to anyone

We had a couple of discrepancies from a buyers inspection. I reached out to Ross based on a recommendation from our Handyman. Ross had a good idea what was needed and confirmed this upon arriving and seeing what was needed. Service was quick and reasonably priced!! We will definitely recommend Ross and American Eagle Electric for any electrical needs!

Ross and his crew were awesome to work with! He was able to get me scheduled quickly and showed up on time. They protected my floors and cleaned up after. They replaced my foyer light which was up 18-20 feet high in an hour! If you want someone who takes pride in their work and strives for perfection, definitely reach out out to Ross at American Eagle Electric! He is thorough, affordable and has some wonderful guys working with him.

Amazing work by a professional. I needed to add outlets to my walk-in closet and Ross made it happen. He even found a better way to wire it than I had expected and didn’t have to drill as many holes. The closet is still a work in progress and needs to be painted, but Ross cleaned up afterwards and left it better than it was. Definitely calling AEEC for any future needs.

I have spoken to Ross three times now and every time I do he is so cordial and professional and helpful. I have not ever had the pleasure of meeting him in person, however because each time I called to schedule an appointment for help Ross solved the problem on the phone. American Eagle Electric is not here to just collect a paycheck, they truly do care about the people they serve. He could have easily sent someone over and charged me a high fee just to fix these small things that looked so huge to me. That would have been him taking advantage of my ignorance of how things work. But he didn't. He is trustworthy and kind and MOST OF ALL knowledgeable, competent, and professional.
