American eagle saved us on the coldest day! We got a same day appointment and they were so thorough. The unit was said to be “working fine” by another local company but we called American Eagle for a second opinion after days with our heat stuck at 60. They spent over 3 hours here and even stayed after hours to make sure our house was warm again. Huge shout out to Mike and Sal for coming to our rescue. They have automatic texting for appointments and the process was so easy. Got all of the invoices and receipts emailed right away. I highly recommend American Eagle and we will be using them moving forward. Thank you again!

Working with Sal and American Eagle was a pleasure. The pricing was competitive, Sal was extremely responsive, and he helped me through a HVAC retrofit project from start to finish. I had issues with an uncomfortably cold first floor living space since I have a single zone system with the furnace located in the attic. We started off with a concept to add a second zone but after the town required a variance for the location of the condenser Sal stuck with the project and helped spec and price a radiant heat underfloor retrofit system using a combination boiler/tankless hot water heater. The plan was to have the system up and running before winter and despite the setbacks they came through working every day thanksgiving week (except thanksgiving of course) to get it done. I am posting this review almost 18 mos after my install because I didn't want to give a review prematurely. We needed a new unit for the upper level in our home right before summer, especially with a 3-month-old. I received quotes from 4 different companies. Not only did American Eagle provide a competitive quote, but they also exceeded expectations with their service. - They provided guidance with the high-efficiency programs (we secured 0% interest financing) - They were timely, professional, and worked clean - They were very responsive (Sal answered or got back to me quickly) - They stuck to their word and did what they said they were going to do Ultimately, I even used them for our small business/commercial space. Sal is always very professional. He comes on time and is very knowledgeable. He answers all my questions and tells me in advance of any changes that might be required during service. It was recently discovered during routine service that the expansion tank on my boiler was filled with water. Sal gave me a price and was able to reschedule for the following day. The job was completed quickly and job site was thoroughly cleaned of all debris. Highly Recommend! -Seth
