I’ve been supporting this business for over a year, regularly coming here to pick up materials for my project because my contractor often sends me here. Unfortunately, my experience today was unacceptable. There were no other customers waiting, and when I approached the salesman — who was sitting on his phone — and politely said, “Excuse me, could you please help me with this part?” he yelled at me and told me to go back to the line and wait until someone called me. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable, especially toward a paying customer. I’ve always believed in supporting small businesses, but customer service is the foundation of any successful company. At American Emperor, the staff are always attentive and ready to listen to what you need to do or what materials you need, they can provide great recommendations/solutions with any project that requires their products as they are profoundly knowledgeable about them, and the various applications they could be used for, they really are experts. The materials are neatly organized and the staff are always happy to help you find what you’re looking for, as long as they have it there, anyone that you ask knows where it can be found, if you know what you’re asking for, I speak good English to them and they speak good English to me. For all you one star DYI karen’s, I understand your language barrier with them. For the most part, they are not rude,they just probably didn’t want to deal with you. Get over it. Go to Home Depot and see what you get, then come back and make a review on both price and service and the knowledge of their products

Great selection, great prices and cheaper end materials.

No price tags on anything. I'd be nice to see the price on the shelf instead of wasting time standing in line just for a price check. And that could take 30 minutes Basically you buy without knowing the price till you get charged Good selection but not all items are cheaper than home Depot .
