Tried to rip off my mother of 83 years old and left the heating element disconnected, screws left out, wires left exposed installed a used transformer that was rusted and dented has if it have been dropped . Now we have to hire someone else to get the job done right. Then wanted $1500.00. Do not use.

They don't pay their vendors. I've been waiting for a check from them for 63 days. It was presented to them as due on receipt via email. I get cussed at by the office lady who answered the phone when I tried to inquire about being paid.
