I can see why the plethora of bad reviews. Owner just ran me off the phone for trying to establish a partnership between my company and theirs. He has 15 minutes to lecture me on what I don't know but not 10 minutes to check out an engineered drawing and quote accordingly.

Look elsewhere for your fence material. I have been a customer for several years but they have become extremely rude and unprofessional recently. I just got yelled at by their counter guy when trying to resolve an issue. Their quotes always have to be corrected because their salespeople don't know how to put a fence together and now they are obnoxious to boot. Seems like everything is going downhill. Done with American Fence.

Do not come to this place…people are very unprofessional, and greedy. I bought a fence post from them . When they asked me I told I need both side cut out middle post with 6ft width. They packed end post instead. I had to come back to change it. First they said no returns but they acknowledged their mistake and replaced it. But this time gave wrong width post and I had to come back again and they completely refused to help. Even the receipt says 6ft wide whereas cut outs were 70.25inch wide. I asked to replace it with blank post without cut out or adjust the width. They said you have to buy new one. I strongly suggest to not to come to these guys. They cheat customers and are very un professional.

Says they are open until five but apparently they close at three. The office was still open but they would not serve me and all I needed was two pieces just to finish my fence.

Horrible business! Rude and unprofessional especially on the wholesale side. I’ve placed over 30k$ in orders back in may we are now in august and they have no answers every time we call it seems like we are bothering them right from the second they answer the phone
