Wonderful service and people. Very courteous and understanding. Took the time to go through everything with me. Absolutely love my quartz counter tops. Installers were meticulous and clean. I recommend American Flag Granite -- 5 *****. I cannot forget to thank Maryanna for her excellent customer service, patience, compassion and understanding 👏. She really understood what I wanted and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I also had the pleasure of meeting her beautiful mom Rosanna who also helped me. Our experience was wonderful! The whole process was executed on time and budget. I had many questions. Maryanna got back to me promptly and answered all of my questions. Because of Maryanna‘s amazing customer service without hesitation we made the hour and a half trip to their showroom to look at slabs. Through conversation, Maryanna knew exactly what I wanted. The second slab that she showed us I knew that was the one. I didn’t have to look any further. This is a family operated and owned business. Maryanna is a true asset to their company. Prices were competitive but customer service was so bad that I'd never go back there again nor would I recommend anyone else to. The corner of our counter top broke off in transportation to our home. We paid $6,000 for the entire job. We called Rosanna and tried to come to an agreement she took $500 off or "we'll rip everything out and you can go somewhere else". We recently moved in and I have a 5 month old so I really needed my kitchen to be finalized. I agreed to the discount only to get things moving forward. It was 9:30 pm and the men finally finished the work (the installation was done very well asides the corner being broken off). I love my new granite countertop(Aquarius). They have a good selection of granite and quartz. They were so helpful with the layout and installation went perfectly. Their installers are highly skilled and professional. Their customer service is better than some of the large granite fabricators I went to.I highly recommend them.
