Michael Lukers at American Carpets was very knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful in providing me with help when I, completely by chance, went in to see about some new flooring for my bath areas. Mr. Lukers greeted me the minute I entered the store and then came to my home the very next day, along with their installers, in order to assess the job and provide me with an accurate quote. The installers, Randy Hammac and son, were amazing and the job they did replacing the subflooring floor and installing the new wood planks was flawless. Cleanup was exceptional. Nothing was left undone and the total job was completed amazingly quickly. The whole experience was extremely professional, and I would not hesitate a moment to use them again..

While building our new home, by chance, the first store that we visited was American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite! Mr. Dewayne Merchant met us at the door and everything flowed smoothly from there! Dwayne expertly handled everything for us. We purchased; flooring, tile, cabinets, and granite counter tops, all as they say “one stop shopping”. He is very knowledgable with all of their product lines, and I might add, his design, project planning and management skills were instrumental to the success of our huge project. He focused on our needs, timely ordered the products, and provided and scheduled the varied installation crews, that were very skilled, and did a meticulous job. We are very satisfied!!!

Extremely pleased with my new carpet especially since it had to be special ordered because of its vibrant COLOR! I'd become tired of the boring beige and needed a lively color lift. Entire crew from sale, scheduling install and actually installing it took less than 5 days! Wonderful experience!

Had Berber carpet and vinyl plank installed 3 weeks ago. Aly was very helpful and efficient at the Pensacola store, in the showroom. She came out and took the measurements. My complaint is with the INSTALLERS. The carpet was cut too short in the living room and master bedroom. The carper does not even meet the base boardoard in the master bedroom. There is a gap. In the family room, and dining room, a beautiful job was done, carpet tucked nicely under the baseboards. Michael, the installation manager, came out and took photos, the same installer came back out to "fix" the issues, by attempting to stretch the carpet. Well you cant stretch something that has been cut too short, just admit it. Total job, $9900.00, paid in full, for shoddy work. 3 stars, only for Aly, and Michael coming out, a
