To say that I am pleased would be a gross misrepresentation of how happy we are with our new floor. Greg was absolutely amazing to work with. His hard work, expertise in his trade, and epic communication could not be matched. This was a challenging job, but Greg had a wonderful attitude, and plugged away until it was completed today. Greg’s install was flawless, including a difficult half wall pivot point which was a tremendous challenge as we were told. You would never know it. We were selling our home in Lansing and had already moved to Minnesota so we had to do a lot of the flooring replacement decisions over the phone but Jeremy made it easy and was delightful to work with.
