Absolutely horrible company.........so many mistakes between measurements and installation. Had to take off work three different times for installation two of the times no one showed up. Extremely rude and unapologetic. The installers who did show up told us how horrible this co is to work for and they have a problem at almost every job. A month later floor still isnt finished. These people could not be any more unprofessional.
Horrible Service! We had a great experience in 2017 but the recent experience is a nightmare! Took over a month for them to schedule installation on a very small project, with many excuses along the way and more excuses trying not to follow through with install on scheduled date!
Watch yourself up there you can get the same carpet for less than 25% of there sale prices at menards or lows.
I wish there was a button for zero stars.
