7/27/2023 - Being a Disabled Vet, USMC Retired, I picked American Freedom Building (AFB) because of the reviews. I have ordered and put a down payment on a 36'x35' shop from AFB. To be built in Pueblo Co. So far the installers are going very slow on the permit, and the 833 Phone# goes to AFB now goes to a Real-estate Group. Robert Rhew does not return my calls, so not sure if all this is for real. I hope so. 8/23/2023 Still waiting for my shop to be built. And now it is costing me for storage until it is done........ Will update...... 9/22/2023 Eagle Carport finally got my building permit approved and now I can move forward in get the foundation done. I would avoid this company at all costs. I went out of my way to provide them with all the assistance I could- I drove 3 hours to meet with them. Went over every detail of our expectations. They are nothing more than a dealer- the manufacturer of whatever they are selling is not tied to them. They showed up with the wrong roof pitch, wrong wall height, and wrong roof transition- then charged me to fix it to what the contract and DRAWINGS showed. Once they received their final check- they do not respond at all. Did not provide the warranty they promised, haven't fix the multiple roof leaks and wont provide a final invoice I have requested numerous times. We were hoping to build with this company. We paid our deposit then found out the city would not allow what we designed. The contract I signed stated I would be refunded my deposit if building was halted by the city. After talking with 5 people at this company, at least 20 phone calls and emails later and 3 promises of a refund within 2 weeks, the company has stopped returning my calls and emails. I talked to the president of the company and he said he just didn't think it was in his budget to refund the 3k. I would definitely be weary of trusting this company with any money or expertise.

Premier built & delivered the wrong shed. 3 months after my order, they cancelled it without informing me. My initial deposit was returned except for $175 and the manager has not explained why. I've asked for an explanation by text and voice mail for 2 weeks. I'm very disappointed with how this process was managed through Premier.The cancellation was done by Premier Portable Building, not American Freedom Building. My representative there, Colin, has been courteous and professional throughout this time. He, too, was uninformed of delivery problems and the cancellation.

We had a very positive experience with American Freedom Buildings, and the salesman Max Blouet in particular! Max was super patient with my questions and pricing a couple different sizes and options to help us decide what we needed and could afford. He seemed very knowledgeable about his products. Most of all, when our carport was set up, we had an opportunity to see his service after the sale - and it was top notch! I would definitely buy through Max again, and encourage my friends and family to give him a call!
