American Garage Door Solution

I bought a new home 12/24 and American Garage Door installed the door as well as the motor. Their warranty states the door is covered for 12 months. The garage door wasn't closing properly and I had a tech come out to my home 11/25. He informed me that the 2 panels of the garage door will be covered with warranty and he confirmed that with a higher up. After calling American Garage Door company a dozen times between 11/25-1/26 (due to poor customer service) they just now confirmed 1/28/26 that they will not be covering the warranty. Horrible company!! STAY AWAY!!!

Im writing this review nearly two years after our garage door was repaired. It is still functional. The service was exceptional and thank you for leaving your business sticker so that we could refer our neighbor today that is having problems.

Easy to work with, knowledgeable, and responsive. Came out to install the garage door opener assembly the same day I needed it, when my old one bit the dust. It’s nice to work with a reliable and fair priced business. 100% recommend!

I have used the same garage door company for over 15 years. They have changed names several time but their dedication to high quality service has not. I recently had an issue with my garage door opener. They came out, investigated the situation and offered an inexpensive solution as a possible fix. Unfortunately that did not resolve the problem. They returned again, to replace the old garage door opener. They arrived on time, replaced the garage door opener sooner than estimated and reprogrammed the Bluetooth button on my rearview mirror. The entire team are courteous, efficient, friendly and professional. I will continue to use them in the future
