David and his team did a great job building beautiful, traditional looking wood storm windows for our 100 year old windows. David sent me pictures and updates along the way. I had a really solid experience here. The staff was very helpful and actually took the time to answer some questions I had asked without rushing me. They briefly went over their installation procedure as I had somewhere to be. The windows themselves were good quality and fit exactly as expected. Pricing also seemed fair compared to other places I checked out. Overall, I’d definitely come back and would recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable window supplies and good customer service.

We highly recommend this company! Our 1900's house in Marmalade had been blighted by 1950's aluminum frame windows and storms for decades. American Heritage's David, Kyle and Emily reproduced the original beauty of these windows and were painstaking in the details of the project, superb craftsmen and overall delightful to work with. It took several months to rebuild the wood frame storms and main window on our job but the wait was well-worth it.
