*** DO NOT HIRE ****** BUYER BEWARE**** Horrible service and nightmare. Concrete guy poured during the rain causing the surface to look wavy and uneven. The slab is pitched incorrectly pushing water toward my AC unit. He tried “fix it” by putting a texture and put it down uneven making it look like a child put it down. Where one of the seams meets from my back slab to my side yard slab it looks like a mountain was installed because it’s so uneven. The slab started cracking after one month and the owner Mark tried to convince me that was normal with concrete that should have contained fiber. Which half the job was witnessed being installed with bagged concrete so I know for a fact there isn’t fiber it all of it. Eric and his crew were very professional and did a great job with our screen enclosure. They were very communicative with the work. Chad was very helpful ensuring our needs were met with our project as well. I highly recommend american home center and Patterson patio for any screen enclosures.

I had new windows installed in my house and mark an his team were super friendly and easy to work with. Showed up on time and got right to work. Very careful and educated on what they were doing. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone that’s thinking of new windows

Screened enclosure done a couple of years ago Coding of permit revealed it was not built to the plans that we’re submitted and has to be re permitted I have been calling Daisy And no reply. Left info either Ryan and there answering zero despite the assurance that she’ll get the message it’s been two weeks and still no call. I’m still waiting

New lanai addition, waited three months beyond estimated date of install, that’s ok. Incorrectly installed and “repairs” to correct the reported issues have left me with a lanai that continues to leak, not ok. Do not expect a return phone call from Mark as he is not interested in corrected known issues, Mark will avoid taking your calls all costs. Our lanai is still under warranty, doesn’t matter if the opener does not return calls or email messages. Maybe I should be happy, we originally had seven leaks dating to installation and we only have two that still remain. I called Mark once a week to remedy the original leak, the only person who has been helpful is Ryan.
