I’ll lead by saying that Daniel Hooker inspected a house for us on Labor Day holiday in order to accommodate our schedule and deadlines. Daniel conducted a very thorough inspection and was able to answer any of our questions afterwards. He provided a detailed report with photos and notes for anything that needed to be addressed, and was also very helpful with providing resources for the next steps following the inspection. Lastly, Daniel and his company took care of the scheduling and logistics for companies providing additional services supplementary to their inspection, making the entire process as seamless as possible.
