Excellent work by wonderful people. Sterling and Chad took the time to understand our needs and definitely exceeded our expectations. The estimate was fair for the amount of work required. We highly recommend American Land Works. Exceptional quality erosion control and land clearing on two 1.5 acre parcels. Sterling Tobin, the Owner of ALW, responded immediately to our Project inquiry. He listened as we walked the Property and discussed our issues and was very helpful in defining solutions. ALW quickly provided a price and an estimated duration and once the work began they showed up every day until the job was complete. The land was surveyed, cleared of brush, weeds and dead trees (including root balls). Once cleared they regraded the land to add berms for control of water flow and erosion, cut a drainage v-ditch to keep water off the driveway and increased the size of a caliche tank to capture and control overflow. Sterling and his crew are skilled heavy equipment operators
