2 years ago my front and back lawn was a disaster (think dirt, clumps of greenish weeds, some struggling grass). I contacted American Lawn and Tree in the fall of 2015 and gave them a try. The lawn made an immediate rebound with only the few remaining fall treatments plus their aeration & over seeding. By the middle of 2016 the lawn appeared almost totally rejuvenated - just some minor holes to be filled in.
