American Lawn & Sprinkler

The service was, and always has been, outstanding. Especially by Josh from tech support. He personally addressed my issues and made it a point to come to my house and address my problem and did what he said he’d do. He was great! My issue however is pricing lately. I have been using American Lawn since they installed my sprinkler system back in the very early 2000’s and every year the service cost to winterize has gone up by ever increasing percentages year over year and I guess I understand that. This year however I was stunned. The cost to winterize went up, ok, the cost per sprinkler head went up, don’t know why but again, ok. However the cost for the ‘bib’ (a simple spigot) DOUBLED from $5 to $10!!! This is a simple spigot requiring absolutely no interaction from the attending techn

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with American Lawn and Sprinkler. Their communication was great. I spoke with josh who was very patient and detailed with me and definitely acted on my request to get updates on when the tech would head over. They kept me updated on when the technician would arrive and called me before sending him over so I could run my errands an get my stuff done. When the tech arrived, he was extremely thorough—he checked every zone to ensure full system coverage and identified a few problem areas I hadn’t even noticed. The repairs were clearly explained, and I really appreciated the full transparency. The invoice detailed every piece of work done, so I had no surprises. I have enjoyed using this company and will continue to do so

Great customer service. We had a problem with our Hydrawise controller system, Josh contacted me even though he was out sick and resolved the problem promptly and acceptably. Would definitely recommend American to anyone for sprinkler system

Outstanding Company because of their people. AL&S truly knows what customer service is. Phone is always answered by a live, friendly voice. Every season AL&S proactively calls me to schedule turn on and off. I had a question re my zone watering times in this heatwave and was immediately transferred to Manager Josh-who already knew what I needed and spent 15 min on the phone walking me through system programming and then sent a video for future reference. 💯 met and exceeded expectations.
