American Leak Detection of Denver

Tom came out to my house today for leak detection, for the City of Arvada said we have had a leak since August, but of course they never let us know. Tom was AMAZING!!!! He explained everything he did along the way and it ended up being our basement toilet that was leaking that our previous plumber missed! He showed me exactly what was happening with it, and now I can get the part and fix it myself. FANTASTIC customer service and best of all HONESTY!! I 1000% recommend him and America Leak Detection. American Leak Detection did an amazing job finding a leak other plumbers could not. Dispatch went out of their way to get a tech to me same day. Tom M. went above and beyond to find my issue. He was relentless in exhausting all possibilities and would not quit until he found it. Impressed... highly recommend! Discovered a new issue and their tech, Chris, came out and honed in on the problem. It was hard find under the slab, but he confirmed the location. Awesome work done very professionally. Much appreciated!!

I called American Leak Detection of Denver this morning when our plumber was unable to find the source of water dripping from my basement ceiling and Fiona went out of her way to move schedules around to get someone out within an hour. I was so impressed with her customer service and attention in this emergency situation. When Tom arrived he was so professional, understanding, patient and listened to us explain what we had observed and what we thought the problem was. He utilized all of his resources to rule out our suspension and was able to determine the actual source. He was so generous with his time and expertise, being very mindful of his time and minimizing additional hours expense for us. He shared his professional advice on how to we should proceed. Thomas with ALD arrived promptly and provided exceptional service. He quickly identified the point of origin of the leak and will be submitting his findings to the insurance company.
