American Leak Detection of Shreveport

Originally set up for an appointment the Monday following New Years weekend. Asked if they had any cancelations to put me on list. Showed up the same day I called. Technician was thorough. Happy with outcome.

Had a pool leak and Michael found it in record time. These people are top shelf. Super nice and they listen. Sometimes it's hard to find people like this in but these guys are great from Amber in the office to Michael in the field. Wouldn't use anyone else

American Leak Detector is a good company with good people. However, we had to wait 5 days to get an appointment and they charged $395 for about 30 minutes. Extremely over priced and to long of a period to wait for their service. Especially for an emergency service like we had due to a link under the slab. If they're making that much money and that far behind they should consider getting another crew so that everyone benefits (them and their customers). It's making me look into getting my own equipment and get into the business myself. It's not rocket science!

Divid was the Technician that came to evaluate my home. Not only was he on time but early. He walked around and did his test while explaining everything to me and answering my questions, many actually. He was knowledgeable, very polite and professional. I was greatly pleased with his visit and the company over all.

I was extremely pleased with the way the guys achieved the results of the inspection. They, David and Michael, were very professional and efficient I would highly recommend American Leak Detection to anyone experiencing leak problems with their pool.
