American Leak Detection of West Central Florida

Late in the day, we discovered water on the floor of our utility room with no obvious source. We had to shut our water off. We called ALDS, and Brittani made sure to get someone out to us the very next day. Brad very quickly figured out the location of an under-slab leak. He recommended that we find a reputable local plumber, and that we shouldn't let anyone try to charge us more than a certain dollar amount. He didn't have to do that as it was of no benefit to him. We got a local plumber recommended by a neighbor the next day and were able to feel confident with the estimate given, thanks to Brad. We are grateful to Brad at ALDS for his advice & services! Highly recommend!

Very professional and knowledgeable company. Customer service was great and they were on schedule as stated . Thanks to my pool tech Jordan and Jay for finding my leak and fixing it . The charge for finding the leak and fixing it was fair and was cheaper than estimated. Thanks again and will recommend.

My technician was Jay Draughon. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with our situation. Our original appointment was the last week in November. He called last week and said he would be able to make a house call the next day! He worked with our schedule throughout that day, without issue. He spent over an hour at our house assessing the situation and getting the history of our issues. He was able to make a recommendation that ended up saving us over $300. I couldn't have been happier to have worked with him. He has the personal touch, honesty, and customer service skills that are so often lacking these days. Paid for a leak detection, but the report submitted by the "technician " was false. They only suggested that the leak is coming from the irrigation system. Technician claims that he was unabl to access the timer to pinpoint the leak. That is false as he spoke to the woman at home and told her he'll turn off the water to the sprinkler. All he needed to do was enter the garage to locate the timer. Now the company won't answer my calls. Over the phone the woman in the office reassured me they'll find the leak. I've paid to redo the sprinklers and there's still a leak.

I can not say enough good things about our experience with American Leak Detection and especially Jay Draughon! Jay diagnosed our pool leak and unfortunately the leak was coming from a break in a return line located under a large waterfall. Jay demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and professionalism that won our trust. Jay and Jordan arrived this morning and after digging and tunneling repaired the broken pipe. What seemed to us like a huge problem was handled with expertise and professionalism. Jay is a real credit to American Leak Detection.
