Awesome place. Service is great. We came to get some keys made that would prevent unauthorized key duplications. Would do business again here.

American Lock and Key is absolutely amazing! It is so refreshing dealing with people who know what they’re doing and don’t drop the ball then give me a bunch of excuses. I needed some business locks rekeyed and some trash bin locks unlocked, and American Lock and Key took care of everything. Michelle, the office lady, was incredibly helpful and accommodating with answering all of my dumb questions and setting everything up. Every time I called, Michelle had the answers. Chris M., the locksmith, was an absolute genius. He would give LockPickingLawyer a run for his money. Chris showed up early, super nice and friendly, and he knew exactly what he was doing. All the staff at this location are great, super helpful and got the job done right. I needed a key copied for an older vehicle with a transponder key, and they went out of their way to get the job done properly. Even ordered an older chip in, so that the key would be reliable without fail. Big thanks, and I will definitely use you for any future needs!

Jordan Ngo was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by personally taking the door apart and explaining everything so clearly. I’ve honestly never met such a friendly, young, and handsome person while making a purchase before. Thanks to him, I started my day with a happy smile. I highly recommend him!

Jordan was such a great help. We misplaced the key on my son's electric scooter and he (and the full team) not only replaced the key, but fixed some type of issue in the scooter that wasn't causing it to start. They are friendly, professional, and provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this location should you have and key mishaps.
