I wish every contractor had the communication skills that Cory has at American Outdoor. When we picked a date for him to come and power wash the patio and stonewalls he confirmed right away via text, then the day before he texted again confirming he'd be on site the next morning, then the morning of he texted saying they were ready to start the job. I will use them over and over for multiple projects. Trust them for sure check out my after and before pictures!

Corey is professional, courteous, and personal. He arrived right on time for the estimate and to day of. Corey provided an outline of what he would be doing and what results we should expect as our house had not been washed in at least two years. He then went above and beyond to clear away the grime. 10/10 would recommend and will be using American Outdoor Services again!

Corey was very professional, punctual, gave excellent customer service and did a wonderful job doing landscaping by clearing debris, weeds, cutting grass and edges, removing excess tree branches and overgrown plants and weeds on my fences etc. I also hired him to pressure wash. All the algae and oxidation was gone including on the concrete steps. The building has a new sparkle. I highly recommend him plus his prices were great compared to the competitors. I would hire him again.
