American Painting Specialists did a great job of painting my condo in preparation for putting my house on the market. Their price was good compared to the other quotes that I received, and Zane was a pleasure to work with. They caught and remedied an issue where I had given them the wrong color as a reference which I was grateful for. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get painting done and will use them again in the future if I need painting done.

As a project manager, I know I can always depend on APS, Zane, and his team to be punctual and stay on schedule. They accommodated my project without hesitation, fitting me into their busy calendar seamlessly. It’s clear that quality workmanship is their top priority. Zane is an excellent communicator and a hands-on owner—you’ll often see him on site conducting quality checks or even picking up a paintbrush himself. Whether it’s cabinets, siding, or interior painting, you can consistently expect an outstanding outcome from the APS team.

The owner of the company was great to work with. He communicated well, and went into great detail about their process and what would be taking place. His color consultant was also great to work with. The paint crew was meticulous about masking around other painted or finished surfaces. You will learn quickly that it’s all about masking that makes for a professional paint job. They were also very good at covering the floor and furniture where needed, and cleaned up after every day’s work. They were always on time and most importantly, respected our home and it’s furnishings. The owner checked-in frequently, and was able to make decisions with us quickly if needed. We highly recommend American Painting Specialists!

Amazing service! Zane and Keith went above and beyond to help us meet tight deadlines. They also worked with us to get needed repairs done so the paint would look perfect. The crew was polite, on time, and left the area tidy. Their patience and professionalism is rare. I would highly recommend!
