Cindy and Mike went above and beyond to fix our shower when we lost hot water pressure, when others threw their hands up and walked away. Not only are they professional, they are courteous, caring, and an amazing team. We can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile to get us back up and running! We will be recommending them to anyone in need of a plumber!

I was so pleased to have a plumber who knew what he was doing. They were prompt, got right to work, finished quickly, and gave me a price I could handle. He even whistled while he worked. BEST plumbing experience EVER!!! Would highly recommend!!

This man took pictures of my bathroom (without my permission) and when my daughter called, his wife had said he did. When my daughter brought up that this was illegal, the wife quickly denied this. This business does lie to you. Not only that, but the man actually insults his own customers. I would never recommend this business. Extremely rude and unprofessional and terrible liars.

I would NOT recommend this company for anything. Waited 3 weeks for them to come out to do a job. They came out did the estimate, said they would come back out to do the job, the morning of the job they call and say they cant operate a power tool in the rain, which I get that for the most part other than for the 5 minutes it would have taken to drill a hole in the side of the wall his wife could have held an umbrella for him, but apparently they don't believe in going the extra mile for someone who has already waited 3 weeks for them. So I was ok with it UNTIL they came back after the rescheduled appointment and said a studded wall, no dry wall on it yet, was in there way.... I said is walking around the wall to the doorway not an option.. said nope and just walked out of the job. LAZY peo

American Plumbing ran the gas line for my new fireplace, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job. When it came to something flammable and explosive, I knew that I wanted experience and professionalism above all and that's exactly what I received!
