I am so happy with my experience from start to finish. I initially spoke with Gail on the phone who was courteous, listened to my problem, explained their straightforward pricing, allowed me to send a photo ahead, and got me scheduled for a same day appointment that worked with my schedule. Jeremiah came out and was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our problem without ripping out our cabinets. He took the time to explain everything and our options all while not starting the clock until he was working on fixing it. This is even though he had to make a hardware store run. While he was here, he even took a look at another area we’ve been having difficulty. Also great is that the service call fee counts towards the work they do and they do the work when they come. A very very young boy came to our house, never introduced himself, showed him what was going on in our bathroom & his only recommendation he gave us was bust up the tile & Call a leak specialist. Knowing we are on city water. He didn’t touch anything he barely said anything & still charges us $150 TWICE & called & got back one of the $150 but still had us pay $150 for NOTHING. Definitely would not recommend. Will never call them again JT plumbing is wayyy better & way more professional.

I always use American Plumbing and they do. Ot disappoint. This was my first time having Jeremiah as my service provider. He was wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I recommend them as always!

Very happy. They called to let me know they were going to be late, but that I would not be billed after hours rate. They looked at every plumbing fixture (recently purchased property) and fixed or let me know what needed to be done. Coy was great and very reasonably priced. I am going to use them again to install a new hot water heater or tank-less system. Great job!

I don't know if they are adequate or even any good as plumbers. Here's why... I returned from a trip to find my main sewer line was clogged, so using reviews I called to see who could respond on a Saturday. I called American first, at 10:55 AM, and spoke to an answering service who assured me that there was a plumber on call and he'd call shortly. At nearly 5pm I did get a call from their plumber who told me: I just got your message and I won't be able to help you today. No matter - I had called another plumber at the same time who responded within 30 minutes and resolved the problem completely by 2:30 PM. Don't count on these folks - it seems that responses are optional, especially on a Saturday.
