They service our neighborhood pool. They are never here more than 10/15 minutes. A neighbor took to get the pool water tested. The chemicals are not at proper levels. Two years in a row the maintenance person was giving any one and every one a gate code. We had so many people trespassing. There's been rats in the filters that they are suppose to change. They come out supposedly 3xs a week. There's hair balls, bugs, algea in the gray murky water. Our HOA is even worse for not firing them on our most expensive amenity.

I’ve been contacting everyone about my last 2 checks and no one has help me I’ve contacted the office a bunch of times and still I haven’t received my checks yet they don’t reply back I’ve been calling and calling everyday at this point someone needs to get back with me or things will have to escalate because this is crazy they told me they mailed my checks out but I still haven’t received them yet 2 CHECKS IM WAITING ON SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP

My son was fired after being held at gun point at one of the neighborhood pools. They said they fired him for letting people in without a wristband but had no proof and refused to talk to me or my husband after numerous attempts to speak with a supervisor/manager. Not mention, they still owe my son $300 bc they shorted his check. I believe my son was racially profiled bc the guy that had the gun was the same race as him.

Excellent experience with American pools, the workers did fantastic job and the owner is nothing but respectful, nice and very helpful. I would recommend them 10000%! They restored a 45 year old pool and it looks amazing!
