This summer season has been the best yet at Rosetree Crossing because of the service we are receiving from our new pool management company, American Pool. They have given us two fabulous lifeguards, Alex and Amanda, who are on time for every shift on every day of the week and provide us with the cleanest pool we have had in many years. Our pool is enjoyed by a large community of residents who are connected and now friends because this is our yearly gathering place every summer. Having responsible and personable lifeguards make the summer months a fun and lasting memory. Thank you, Alex and Amanda! AND…Thank you to Morgan at the American Pool call center for your help! ⭐️

I've been using American Pool for several years now and overall I've had a wonderful experience working with them! We had a few bumps in the road initially, but both Justin and Andrew Kanetsky have always been quick to resolve any issues that come up. They are both truly an asset to your team and should be recognized for their attention to detail and superior customer service! Not everyone cares as much as they do and I've worked with numerous vendors over the years. We also recently had a bunch of tile and coping work done and it was amazing how quickly, and beautifully, it was completed! I can't wait to open the pool

He always ensures that the pool is in perfect shape and takes the time to address any concerns we might have. American Pool is the best of the best. You can tell they care about their customers! The pool is so clean all the time, It's really nice to swim in! I look forward to swimming every year!
