Very knowledgeable staff- gave them a water sample, they analyzed it and provided a printout of the results. I was able to buy all I needed to make sure the levels were within recommended ranges. They answered all my questions without any pressure to purchase - wouldn’t trust my pool to anyone else- thank you American Pools !

We use AP for all of our chemical needs , the store is stocked well and very reasonably priced . We recently bought a new hot tub with the assistance of Alexa and staff . They gave us a great deal and excellent service. Delivery went smoothly, couldn't ask for a better experience.

American Pools has been great for us for over a year now! The service manager (Dan) has been extremely responsive to any requests we've had (and quick to send his guys to resolve them!). We look forward to years of continued service with American!

Dave and Wayne have done an awesome job since taking over ownership of American Pools. The store is always well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is rare that I go to the store and come away without getting what I need, whether its product, a service commitment, or an answer to some question I have. Technician Bill and his crews always show up as scheduled for pool openings and closings and are very knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting issues if/when they arise with my pool. I appreciate that Dave and Wayne sought a new location that is still easily accessible from the Villas. It is obvious in my dealings with them that they value their customers and are committed to providing timely, high quality service to the people who entrust the care of their pools to them.
