I wish I could leave zero stars. Our pool is less than 2 years old and has a hole in the wall. When we approached Mike the owner, the nice man who sold us the pool disappeared and after barely looking at our pictures, blamed us for filling in around the pool and stated the ground is acidic and the walls were being eaten. The area around the pool was NEVER filled in, and we have pictures of the huge pile of dirt to prove this. Then he blamed the hole in the wall on our lawn mower; we have a battery powered lawn mower that would not have enough force to throw anything into the side, and even if it did, shouldn't a pool wall withstand a pebble being shot into it? We could tell that he has given this speech many times. Without looking at the picture he also stated the warranty would not cover

The staff is wonderful but for the owner that’s a different story! I’m pretty sure he is in business for the money not for the Lehigh Valley community. I purchased a pool cover that was the incorrect size that the pool guy he specifically works with and recommends sized our pool wrong and now won’t allow me to return the pool cover that has never been used. Sounds like a gimmick to me!

Pretty dope place it is like a supermarket for pools .it was packed at 9am this morning. They literally have everything for your pool whatever part you need they got it .the pools they sell are of really good quality I wish I bought my pool there. They have tons of accessories and floats.they also have pools setup inside so you can see everything working 💪. I will use them for all my future purchases for my pool.

Only pool store I’ll go to. Bought my pool here. Guys at the testing counter are the best. Pictures are from a 3 day span all from the chemicals they told me to use. Highly recommend.
