American Pressure Clean

Beware ! ( asphalt roof homeowners ) I requested a Pressure Cleaning for my roof, driveway and patio. The good news is the price was very reasonable. The bad news is if you want your asphalt shingle roof cleaned. Do you not use this company !!! I specifically ask for a chemical soft wash. They were on my roof with high pressure spinners They took a lot of of the pebbles off the shingles all the way down to the asphalt. . I had called the owner while they had started and he said don’t worry about it. They do it with low pressure. It wasn’t true. I now have to get a new roof. It’s too compromised.

I used American Pressure Clean for the first time. Found them in a flyer. They sent me fair quote based on my description of house size etc. I had other quotes as much as $200+ higher. They set up appt next day. They were on time and no games on the quoted price. The team of 2 got right to work and finished in 3hrs (non stop). Completed roof, walls, patio and driveway. They good a good job!

Please be aware everyone American Pressure Clean is not a company you should use to pressure wash your patio, roof and driveway. I was referred by a colleague of mine. I spoke to Carlos on November 11th to service my property, he went ahead and scheduled me for today. Mind you, as a new client, Carlos did not present any details on how the work was going to be done, let me alone notifying me about using my water to do the job. Today, when the employee got to my property, he utilized my water, even broke the valve on my faucet in my patio, flooded my patio. Thank goodness, I had my son checked to see on how they did, that’s when he found the patio flooded. When I contacted Carlos, to notify him of what’s happening, he got very defensive.
